As the 2026 International Labor Day approaches, Newangie hereby announces our office and logistics schedule to assist our global partners in planning their business operations accordingly.

1. Holiday Schedule

Our office will be closed for 5 days:

• Holiday Period: Friday, May 1, 2026 – Tuesday, May 5, 2026.
• Resumption of Work: Normal business operations will resume on Wednesday, May 6, 2026.

2. Order Processing and Logistics

During the holiday period, the following protocols will apply:

• Order Fulfillment: In-stock orders confirmed before 16:00 (GMT+8) on April 30 will be dispatched on the same day where possible. Orders placed during the holiday will be processed and scheduled for production/shipping starting May 6, according to the order sequence.
• Logistics Tracking: Please note that international logistics updates may experience a delay of 1–3 days during the holiday. We recommend monitoring carrier websites for real-time status.
• Technical Support: For technical inquiries regarding delivered medical aesthetic devices (such as the SA15 skin analyzer or RF7.0 body sculpting systems), please contact your dedicated account manager or send an email to our support team.

3. Inquiries and Consultations

While our physical office is closed, our website inquiry system and official social media channels (TikTok, YouTube, etc.) will remain open for submissions.

Our sales and account management teams will remain reachable via WhatsApp/WeChat for urgent business matters. Please understand that response times for non-urgent inquiries may be slightly longer than usual due to the holiday break.
