Specific Operation Steps
Eyebrow Removal
- Parameters: 400–800V, start at 400V; frequency 1–3Hz; distance 2–3cm.
- Key points:
- Before treatment, confirm whether the customer has scar constitution, allergic skin, or has used other removal methods.
- For black/blue brows, use 1064nm. If reverse coloration occurs after 5–10 minutes, repeat treatment with slightly higher energy.
- For light red brows, directly use 532nm.
- For dark red/brown-red brows: first use 1064nm, then use 532nm. Review after one month and perform second treatment if needed.
- For covered brows or damaged skin, only treat once, then repeat after one month.
- Recommended treatment: 2–4 times, once per month.
Eyeliner Removal
- Parameters: 300–600V, start at 300V; frequency 1Hz; distance 1–2cm.
- Key points:
- Strictly protect the eyeball; use an eye shield if necessary.
- Try to avoid anesthesia.
- Darker areas may be treated again after one month.
- Recommended treatment: 1–3 times.
Lip and Lipline Removal
- Parameters: 300–600V, start at 300V; frequency 1–3Hz; distance 2–3cm.
- Key points:
- First test a small point at the lip corner. If the test spot immediately turns black, it indicates iron ions in the pigment – stop the procedure.
- For black, dark red, or dark coffee lips: first use 1064nm, then 532nm. Repeat after one month.
- For light red or red lips: directly use 532nm.
- Lipline or lip blush treatment must be done at least six months after the tattooing, otherwise it may fail.
- Recommended treatment: 1–3 times.
Tattoo Removal
- Parameters: Black/blue – 1064nm (500–800V); red/orange – 532nm (400–600V); frequency 1–3Hz; distance 2–3cm.
- Key points:
- Operation method is the same as eyebrow removal.
- Only treat once per session, avoid repeating to prevent blistering or swelling.
- Recommended treatment: 3–6 times, once per month.
Age Spots, Moles, and Freckles
- Parameters: 500–800V, start at 500V; frequency 1Hz; distance 2–3cm.
- Key points:
- For age spots, first use 1064nm; if no reaction, switch to 532nm.
- For moles, generally use 1064nm; if no reaction, switch to 532nm. Must reach bleeding point.
- For freckles (epidermal lesions), usually use 532nm. Be aware of possible bleeding or temporary darkening.
- Recommended treatment: 3–6 times, once per month.
Carbon Peeling (White Doll / Black Doll)
- Parameters: 300–600V; frequency 4–5Hz; distance 2–3cm; large spot size, low energy.
- Key points:
- Black Doll: Suitable for oily skin. After cleansing, apply a thin layer of carbon powder, leave for 5–10 minutes, then treat full face 1–2 times.
- White Doll: Suitable for normal/dry skin. After cleansing, operate 3–4 passes over the face, with extra focus on pigmented areas.
- Recommended treatment: 3–6 times, once per month.
Post-Treatment Care
- Avoid water contact and eyebrow makeup for 3–7 days.
- Do not eat spicy food; pay attention to sun protection.
- Avoid heavy sweating and high-temperature environments.
- Short-term pigmentation changes may appear, usually fading within 1–2 months.
- Scabs may form – do not pick them, allow them to fall off naturally.
- Keep skin hydrated, moisturized, and apply physical sun protection (hat, mask, sunglasses).
